About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist to manage the day-to-day content needs of our social media pages and support selected client content work as assigned. This is a hands-on role for someone who can write, organise, design, and publish content with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional and consistent brand presence.
The role is expected to function as a one-person content team for assigned pages. It covers content execution from concept to publishing, including caption writing, basic to mid-level graphic design, calendar implementation, content repurposing, and LinkedIn creative support for client accounts where needed. The role may also support other content creation requirements of the business as reasonably required.
Manage the day-to-day content requirements of assigned social media pages across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Execute the approved content calendar and maintain publishing schedules, asset organisation, and content deadlines.
Write social media captions, post copy, and supporting short-form content in line with brand voice, audience, and business goals.
Create or adapt visual assets for social media posts, especially LinkedIn creatives, using design tools approved by the company.
Support the content needs of selected client accounts as assigned, including LinkedIn design work and post preparation.
Repurpose existing materials into social posts, carousels, static creatives, simple promotional assets, or short-form written content.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content inputs, approvals, references, and campaign priorities.
Ensure content is accurate, brand-aligned, professional, and suitable for a B2B audience.
Track basic content performance and identify practical improvements for future posts.
Support other content creation requirements of the business, including website content updates, presentation copy, email content, case studies, sales support materials, campaign assets, event materials, and similar marketing or communication deliverables as may reasonably be required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in social media, content marketing, copywriting, or digital content execution.
Canva and Capcut expertise is required.
Strong writing ability in English, especially for business, professional, or B2B-facing content.
Good eye for layout, formatting, and basic design for social media creatives.
Ability to manage multiple content tasks at the same time without losing quality or deadlines.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of recurring content work.
Experience using content scheduling, design, and collaboration tools is an advantage.
Experience supporting LinkedIn-first content or professional-services, SaaS, or B2B brands is an advantage.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building a strong social media presence through disciplined execution, clear writing, and polished visual content. You will play an important part in how the business shows up online and how content supports brand visibility, client credibility, and commercial growth.
Please submit your CV and portfolio or samples of social media posts, captions, and design work.
Include samples that show both writing and visual execution where possible.
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a brief content exercise.
